Simone Massi, Vito Savino, and Giuseppe Laselva will preside the responsible committee to crown the winner of this shining 11th edition of the 2013 Imaginaria Film Festival.
Simone Massi was Born in Pergola (Pesaro-Urbino, Italy) on May 1970. Ex-worker, of peasants origin, he studied Film Animation at the Art School of Urbino. Independent animator, from 17 years he is trying -in clean way- to make become his passion for drawing a job. Despite the difficulties he has conceived and realized (alone and entirely by hand) a dozen small animation films that have been shown in 57 Countries of 5 Continents and have collected over 200 awards. The passion for graphic arts and animation began in 2000, between Urbino and Bari Joseph has no way to “liberate” devoting all his creativity in various projects : in 2005, takes care of the graphics for ” The emotion is sound ” , exhibition of sound installations Mastrella , held in Polignano a Mare in 2005 and in 2007 designs and manufactures graphics to promote tourism in the same municipality. Since 2008 takes care of the graphics and communication of the shows of the theater company Teatro Madrid residues , including Laura C , winner of the ” Ciudad Lineal Escena ” . Creative Mind of the Cultural Bristle Worms Polignano a Mare (BA ), is responsible since 2008 part of the communicative PerSe Visions , Visual Art Exhibition which is held annually in Polignano a Mare, with the patronage of the Ministry of Youth and ‘ Department of Culture of the Region of Puglia, which counts among its partners Milano Film Festival, Romaeuropa foundation and the Museum of Contemporary Art Pino Pascali , and in 2009 he directed the workshop of Video- installations in Bilbao, in the context of the European project “Inside Maps ” , which was attended by young people from Germany, Spain and Italy of course . Always with the Association Bristle Worms , over the years he has participated in several projects for the European program ” Youth in Action” (in Spain and Germany) taking care of the graphic design and production , and producing video clips of animation. In May 2010 , Joseph Laselva has won the prestigious 2010 edition of Roma Europa Web Factory ( REWF 2009-2010) launched by Telecom Italy and Fondazione Romaeuropa in the commercial category , with ” We Want REWF 2.0″ , a video that weaves the dream ‘ irony of this with evocations of the past to which the magazines Wired and Fool devote ample space. Of his video ” We Want REWF 2.0″ staff TheBlogTv said: ” Victorian Pictures for a dream video , steampunk flavor , which intertwines the irony of the present with the charm of the past. In March, The BiF & TS 2012 , Bari International Film Festival selects the animation ” Nature of Cloth” for the ” Puglia and Cinema .”
In the following months dealing on behalf of the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese entire visual communication Puglia Showcase 2012 , a showcase of contemporary theater that 21 to 25 May 2012 through the Puglia region with the aim of promoting artistic exchange in theater , all ‘ inside which is part of the world premiere of The Divine Comedy by Nekrosius .
